Craftly began as a home studio in Portland in 2019, pouring candles and throwing mugs a few at a time for friends and neighbors. Word spread, and it grew into a small workshop that still makes everything the same way.
Every candle, mug and pillow is finished by hand, so no two are exactly alike. Those small variations are the mark of something real, made one at a time.

How do I place an order?
Add the pieces you love to your list, or tap Order on WhatsApp on any product. Send us the message and we will confirm the items and total, then get everything ready for you.
Do you ship, and where?
Yes. We ship anywhere in the U.S., with free shipping on orders over $50. Most orders arrive within 3–5 business days. Message us for international rates.
Can I customize colors or sizes?
Many of our ceramics and textiles come in a few colorways, and we take custom orders for gift sets. Message us with what you have in mind and we will let you know what is possible.
What is your return policy?
If something arrives damaged or is not right, message us within 14 days and we will replace it or refund you. Because each piece is handmade, small natural variations are part of the charm.
